New cosplay debut photo!

I finally finished my lil' Pippin from Lord of the Rings to wear with my twin 's Merry! We wore these to Ikkicon 2012, and hope to wear them again for a more on-location shoot sometime soon!

I just love Pippin, so I knew without a doubt I'd want to cosplay him when talk to LotR stuff came up. I made the pants, cape, leaf latch, and suspenders from scratch, and altered the shirt and jacket. The scarf was commissioned by the lovely , and I just love it! It's absolutely perfect! My wig was from Arda and I thinned and styled the heck out of it to give it that dirty hobbit look. The feet were carved by Hee-Hee and I painted them, they're probably my favorite part of the costume! The ears are just overly large, we found we liked these more than pointed ears because they, in turn, made us look smaller, which helped being that we're supposed to be tiny little hobitses~
